Newsletters > Current events 2005 Tri-County Wage & Benefit Survey Results As our region competes for jobs nationally and internationally, it is important for employers to have access to current data on wage and benefit trends. In a collaborative effort to gather this much needed information, the economic development organizations of Medina, Wayne and Ashland Counties in cooperation with Dorman-Farrell, Inc. completed the 2005 Tri-County Wage & Benefit Survey. This data will be very useful to companies as they work with their current and prospective employee base and will provide the local economic development organizations with an important tool to promote their area.
